'THE RECRUIT'

I read this book called 'The Recruit'. My brother told me to read it because he thought it was great and that I would like it. So I read it and it was absoulutely great! The book is about a boy and a girl whos mum dies and they're sent to a care home. Then they get sent to this place called CHERUB where kids get trained to be secret agents! They have to pass this grueling 100 day training course to get through to do the missions. I think this book is an adventure and thriller in one! I think this book is a great read because it just made me want to read on and on and I really enjoyed it! The main charecters are Lauren and James (the girl and boy who's mum dies). I think the story does have a satisfactory ending and when I finished it I immediately read the second book!
